Come to this workshop prepared to work for eleven minutes and float in the vibrations of the gong for 33 minutes. We will practice a kriya for strengthening the aura after some prepatory warm ups. Then relax into the cosmic vibrations of the gong - a complete sound healing for all your bodies.
